Daraine preschool is a lively nursery school with a solid reputation and has been in existence since 2026 located at Buwate along Golden Valley Road. Daraine Preschool’s holistic approach to education fully engages young learners i.e., offers children five key areas of study: Practical Life, Sensorial, Mathematics, Language, and Culture. The Montessori Curriculum is an education program that develops knowledgeable, capable, accountable, confident, and creative children.
We use the Montessori Curriculum blended with the British curriculum and our Ugandan curriculum as well to allow easy adjustment to upper school.
The Montessori Curriculum which is a hands-on and activity-based aims at producing an all-round child through formal and informal Early Childhood Learning programs. We appreciate the fact that each child is special and different and we endeavor to identify and build the different strengths a child may have through a variety of activities.
